ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES
These terms apply between GCC and the customer using the PSA grading-related services offered through the platform.
ARTICLE 2 - DEFINITIONS
This article defines the terms used for the PSA service, including customer, order, card, grading service, shipment, price, account and platform.
ARTICLE 3 - SCOPE
The terms define the conditions under which customers may submit cards through GCC for PSA grading and related services.
ARTICLE 4 - SERVICE DESCRIPTION
GCC provides services related to receiving, preparing, submitting, tracking and returning cards sent for PSA grading, according to the selected service level and operational constraints.
ARTICLE 5 - CUSTOMER DECLARATIONS AND OBLIGATIONS
The customer must provide accurate information, submit eligible cards, comply with packaging and shipping instructions, pay the applicable prices and respond to GCC requests when needed.
ARTICLE 6 - PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices are displayed on the platform and may depend on the selected service, declared value, insurance, options and shipping. Payment must be completed according to the platform process.
ARTICLE 7 - CLAIMS, WITHDRAWAL, WARRANTY AND INSURANCE
Claims, withdrawal rights, warranty rules and insurance coverage are handled according to the terms, applicable law, the selected service and any third-party provider conditions.
ARTICLE 8 - PERSONAL ACCOUNT
Customers may need a personal account to place, follow and manage PSA service orders. Account information must remain accurate and credentials must remain confidential.
ARTICLE 9 - PERSONAL DATA
Personal data used for PSA service orders is processed according to GCC's privacy policy and applicable data protection law.
ARTICLE 10 - GCC LIABILITY
GCC's liability is limited to its own obligations under the terms and applicable law. GCC is not responsible for events outside its control or for third-party decisions and delays.
ARTICLE 11 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The platform, its content, trademarks, visuals, databases and technical elements remain protected. Unauthorized use, reproduction or extraction is prohibited.
ARTICLE 12 - FINAL PROVISIONS
The final provisions cover interpretation, language, severability, non-waiver, changes to the terms, applicable law, complaints, mediation and competent courts.
ORDER CANCELLATION FORM
How to cancel an order in the case of a distance sale to a customer
For a distance sale as defined by article L. 221-1 of the French Consumer Code, the customer may cancel within fourteen days, public holidays included, from the order or the purchase commitment, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. If that period would normally end on a Saturday, a Sunday or a public holiday, it is extended to the next business day.
Any contractual clause by which the customer waives the right to cancel their order or purchase commitment is null and void. This article does not apply to contracts concluded under the conditions set out in article L. 221-2.
