The very architecture of the GCC platform prevents scams. Every item listed for sale is physically stored and consigned by GCC. You only buy products that we hold in stock.

Authenticity guarantee

Every product is inspected upon deposit. Only items authenticated by our team are approved for sale.

Secure transactions

All your purchases are processed through Stripe, our secure payment partner, using advanced protection protocols to guarantee the security of your transactions.

Refund policy

If your item is delivered damaged or not as described, we offer a full or partial refund after review. You have 5 days from delivery to submit a claim.

Instant transactions

Once the sale is finalized and payment validated, the transaction is considered complete. The seller's responsibility ends when payment is confirmed, without depending on physical receipt by the buyer.

Logistics management

GCC takes care of the entire post-sale logistics chain: preparation, securing, insurance, and shipping. We assume operational responsibility for the shipment.

After-sales support

GCC manages after-sales service and handles potential disputes. Our goal is to protect the seller by providing appropriate solutions without unfairly impacting their business.

Payment management

Thanks to Stripe, payments are automated and secure. Funds from sales are credited directly to the seller's GCC wallet in complete security.

A bank-grade physical vault, fully covered by dedicated insurance policies with no deductible.

Dedicated insurance

All assets stored in the Vault are insured for 100% of their declared value, free of charge. Items stored in the Vault are fully covered by insurance policies dedicated to collectible assets, guaranteeing protection aligned with their real value.

Security

Our 85 m2 Category I certified physical Vault is designed to bank-grade security standards. It includes strict, compartmentalized access control, multi-layer alarm and detection systems, as well as 24/7 remote monitoring with intervention capability. Every access and every handling operation are governed by rigorous internal protocols to ensure maximum protection of stored assets.

Auction control

Auctions on the GCC Marketplace are actively controlled to guarantee their integrity. We apply advanced controls to detect abusive behavior, such as fraudulent bidding, price manipulation, or fake accounts, and enforce strict measures in the event of a violation. Our priority is to ensure a secure environment where activity reflects genuine purchase intent.

Sales & data transparency
